LMPD has graciously utilized funds and services provided by GE Appliances and Bone Dry Waterproofing Systems.
Bone Dry and GE are being recognized for their continued efforts to support a safer community by providing services, funding and sponsorshito LMPD and the Louisville Metro Police Foundation. The public-private partnership is valued at over $57,000. GE is donating over $15,000 for materials for the arena which include a new riding surface in the arena and new lumber, paint and supplies for the paddock fence. They are also contributing over 140 volunteers for a full day of work today equating to a value of nearly $20,000. Bone-Dry is donating, materials, machinery and labor that equates a value of over $22,000. The Bone Dry staff has been working continuously the last 4 weeks preparing the site for the volunteer project. Chief Steve Conrad, LMPF Barry Denton, Metro Parks Mike Hietz, Gretchen Hilbert with Bone Dry and Earl Jones with GE Appliances were featured speakers.
